Title: spicy fried bluegill

Cook Time: 10
Ingredients: 3 eggs

flour

salt

black pepper

chili powder

paprika

any hot sauce

5-8 bluegill

canola oil
Directions: mix dry ingredients in bowl. beat eggs and add hot sauce. dip bluegill fillets to dry then egg then dry again. place in pan with oil and fry until golden brown. pat them down in a paper towl to git rid of excess oil. serve and enjoy



Other Notes: bluegill cooks quick and is a delicious easy fish to catch and eat
