Turner Pond

Went down to turner pond after the rain had passed around 4pm. Within a half hour I landed 2 bass. A 1lb on a 3.5" Yum craw and a 1.5lb on 5" yum senko type worm. Then the wind and dark clouds rolled in and then it started to rain pretty good. After the rain stopped I started fishing again for about an hour with the 5" yum worm. Pulled out a nice 2 pounder and another at almost 1lb. Caught 4 fish total. All in all it was a good trip...when it wasn't raining.

Comments

  • This place is growing on me.

  • I really like Turner Pond. Went there last June, and my first cast with a 5" Senko caught a 2 or 3 pounder.
